This Warranty Policy explains how warranty works on products bought from G11. G11 complies with applicable Kuwait law.
1. Manufacturer warranty
Manufacturer warranty applies where available. Where a product is covered by a manufacturer warranty, the manufacturer's terms and conditions apply.
2. G11 warranty
G11 does not provide an additional warranty unless this is clearly stated for a specific product or agreed in writing.
3. Your rights under Kuwait law
Nothing in this policy removes your rights as a customer under Kuwait law. Faulty items are handled according to Kuwait law — see our Returns Policy and Refunds Policy.
4. What warranty usually does not cover
Warranty generally does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from incorrect fitting or misuse, use of a part that does not match the vehicle, or not following manufacturer instructions for oils, lubricants, and filters. Professional fitting is recommended for technical parts.
5. Making a warranty claim
If you think a product is faulty or covered by warranty, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Please keep the item and any packaging or documents. We will help you and, where needed, guide you through the manufacturer's process.

To reduce the chance of a problem, please give us your car make, model, year, and engine size so we can help you choose the right part.
