Refunds Policy

This Refunds Policy explains how G11 handles refunds. Refunds are handled according to Kuwait law and product condition. It should be read together with our Returns Policy.
1. When a refund applies
A refund may apply when a returned item has been accepted under our Returns Policy — for example a wrong, damaged, or faulty item — in line with Kuwait law.
2. Refund method
Where a refund is due, it is normally made by the same payment method used for the order, or by another method agreed with you.
3. Refund timing
We process approved refunds as quickly as we reasonably can after the returned item has been checked. The time for the amount to reach you can depend on your bank or payment provider.
4. Amount refunded
An approved refund covers the price of the returned item. Delivery fees are refunded where the return is due to a G11 error, such as a wrong or faulty item.
5. Exchange or store credit
In some cases, and by agreement with you, a replacement or store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
