Welcome to G11. These terms explain the rules for using our website, www.g11kw.com, and for buying auto spare parts, oils, lubricants, filters, and accessories from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. G11 complies with applicable Kuwait law.

1. About G11

This website is operated by G11 Company for Retail Sale of Auto Spare Parts and Accessories, a business registered in the State of Kuwait. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

2. Using our website

You may use our website to browse products, place orders, and contact us. Please use the website honestly and lawfully, and keep your account details secure if you create an account.

3. Products and prices

We sell auto spare parts, oils, lubricants, filters, and accessories. We try to keep product information, photos, and prices accurate and up to date. Prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). No VAT is currently applicable. If we find an obvious pricing or description error, we may correct it, or cancel the order and refund you.

4. Product compatibility

Many car parts depend on your exact vehicle. To help us recommend the right part, please give us your car make, model, year, and engine size. We will do our best to help, but the customer is responsible for confirming that a part suits their vehicle before fitting or use.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. We accept your order once it is confirmed and, where needed, payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error — and we will refund any amount already paid.

6. Payment

Payment is made through the methods shown at checkout. Orders are normally prepared once payment is confirmed.

7. Delivery

Delivery is available across Kuwait, usually within 1–3 days depending on the area. A delivery fee applies. Pickup is not currently available. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, refunds, and warranty

Returns and refunds are handled according to Kuwait law and product condition. Manufacturer warranty applies where available; G11 does not provide an additional warranty unless stated. Please see our Returns Policy, Refunds Policy, and Warranty Policy.

9. Your responsibilities

Please give accurate contact, vehicle, and delivery information, install or use parts correctly (professional fitting is recommended for technical parts), and follow manufacturer instructions for oils, lubricants, and filters.

10. Liability

We take care to describe and supply products correctly. As far as Kuwait law allows, G11 is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, normal wear, or use of a part that does not match the vehicle.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute will be handled by the competent Kuwaiti courts.
