Returns Policy

This Returns Policy explains when and how you can return items bought from G11. Returns are handled according to Kuwait law and product condition. G11 complies with applicable Kuwait law.

1. Returning an item

If there is a problem with your order — for example a wrong, damaged, or faulty item — please contact us as soon as possible. We will check the item and help you in line with Kuwait law.

2. Condition of returned items

To be returned, an item should normally be unused and in its original packaging, with any seals intact. Each return is assessed based on the condition of the product.

3. Items that may not be returnable

Some items may not be returnable once opened or used — for example oils, lubricants, and fluids — for safety and quality reasons, unless the item is faulty. Electrical parts and special-order items may also have limits. We will explain what applies to your item.

4. Compatibility and wrong parts

Car parts depend on your exact vehicle. Please confirm your car make, model, year, and engine size before fitting a part. If you are unsure, contact us first and we will help. A part that has already been fitted or used may be harder to return.

5. How to request a return

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order number and a short description of the problem. Please keep the item and its packaging until the return is resolved.

6. After we receive the item

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will let you know the outcome. Approved returns are handled as a replacement, an exchange, or a refund — see our Refunds Policy.
